Natalia Zaragoza, the founder and owner of Friends Touristik Marketing, started at Kuwait Airways in 1992. The airline had been grounded for the duration of the Iraqui invasion and was restarting operations. She started as Ticketing & Reservations agent, but soon moved on to being a sales representative, discovering her love for communication, achieving targets and developing and implementing sales strategies. At those times the airline went from two weekly flights to four and opened Munich station, which were amazing challenges. A  stopover program was developed and a tourist visa implemented, something completely new to Kuwait.  

After seven years at Kuwait Airways, Natalia Zaragoza moved on to China Airlines of Taiwan and discovered the Asian market. The next station was American Airlines in Frankfurt. American Airlines was the shareholder of Aerolíneas Argentinas, and in her position as Sales Manager for Aerolíneas Argentinas, she was responsible for the German market.
The idea of opening an own GSA was born and materialized in 2001, the first client being Aerolíneas Argentinas.
